I first came to Dubner Family Chiropractic after my wife saw the doctors at a health talk sponsored by the Cupertino Adult Education Center. I suffered from a stiff neck and stiff lower back pain for approximately 7 years, partly caused by 2 bike crashes. (more…)

I came to see the Dubners because I had learned that their chiropractic care was totally gentle, with no twisting of the spine or cracking sounds. Before beginning care with Dr. Allen I would say that I had suffered from headaches (often severe ones), neck stress and shoulder tension for over 10 years. I learned to get by with my headaches which occurred at least every few weeks. I have now been under Dr. Allens’ care for 7 months and I feel so much better physically. My neck and shoulder tension is greatly improved and my headaches have reduced dramatically, especially the severe ones. If you’re a person who suffers from headaches you will truly understand the significance of what Dr. Allen’s’ care has done for my life.

Before I first came to Dubner Chiropractic, I was startled awake several times during the night with hot flashes. Then I would remain awake fro 1-3 hours each time. Needless to say, I was not getting much sleep. (more…)

Before coming to the Dubners, I had gone to another Chiropractor who said I that my condition was too serious and that I could not withstand the force from his adjustment technique. While at first skeptical of the totally gentle adjustments at the Dubners, (more…)

I’ve been under the care of Allen and Sharon Dubner for about two and a half years. My problems mostly concerned upper neck and shoulder pain, accompanied by excruciating headaches. When I became pregnant with twins last June, I made certain I saw Allen at least once a week; in the last couple of months (3rd trimester), I stepped that up to 3 visits per week whenever possible. What a difference this has made in my pregnancy! I have only had one or two headaches – - lasting only briefly – - during my whole pregnancy, with a minimum of spinal distress given the weight of the pregnancy.

When I began Hormone Replacement Therapy 15 years ago, I developed fibrocystic breast. I visited my M.D. and a Surgeon regarding my fibrocystic breast and the only treatment option they could offer me was having the cysts aspirated. I would have to have the cysts aspirated every six months for 15 years! When I first heard the Dubner’s at a lecture on “Balancing Hormones Naturally”, I thought I should give them a try. Since I have been receiving treatments, my results have been amazing and dramatic! I can always tell that changes are happening in my body just a few hours after treatment. My cysts have decreased and I don’t feel the same pain and discomfort that I had in the past.

I first came to see Dr. Allen and Dr. Sharon Dubner because a friend of mine told me that the Dubners perform specialized advanced chiropractic work. He told me that when no other chiropractor or medical doctor had been able to help him the Dubners were successful in helping him with his severe allergies, back pain, and muscle stiffness. When first coming to see the Dubners I was chronically ill. I had constant shooting pains down my left arm and limited range of motion in my neck and shoulders. My muscles were so spasmed that joints in my body would dislocate at times. My previous doctor had taken x-rays, which showed that I had arthritis in my neck. It looked very calcified and he told me that it should never look that way and that because of the severity of my arthritis, surgery may be necessary. Adjustments at my previous chiropractor did not help and my arthritis worsened to the point where my other arm also started to freeze up. Due to my pain and disability, I thought my days of working construction were over. In addition to my arthritis symptons, I had chronic painful digestive problems, chronic fatigue, and chronic flu-like symptoms. When I received the gentle chiropractic adjustments from Drs. Dubner, they didn’t twist my neck at all and there were no cracking sounds. It was very gentle yet extremely powerful. Within only 3 months of beginning care, the shooting pains in my arms and shoulders was completely gone. I also had a much greater range of motion in my neck!! I can effectively do my job again, without pain or any disability. I also no longer have chronic digestive problems, chronic fatigue, or flu symptoms!! Thank you Drs. Dubner for the fantastic, special, and very successful health care you provide.

Before coming to the Dubners, I had developed a lot of neck pain from an injury. I had pain down my arm and sciatic pain. I also got sick all the time and would spend 3 weeks to a month in bed every winter with the flu and colds. Physical therapy, anti-inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxants and sedatives from the medical Doctors did not improve my symptoms. After the first couple of adjustment sessions with the Dubners, I felt an ease in my body I haven’t had for a long time. Since then my arm and sciatic pain are gone. Instead of being constantly sick with flu’s and colds this winter, I was hardly sick and didn’t take any antibiotics. I’ve now also said goodbye to muscle relaxants and painkillers! Their office is a positive experience and no matter what your problem, I feel you can benefit greatly from their care.

My mother brought me in to see the Dubners’ the beginning of my freshmen year in 2002. I suffered from mild to severe headaches sometimes 3 to 4 times a week. These headaches were accompanied by severe neck and mid-back pain. It’s been about a month and a half since I have been getting adjusted and I rarely have my headaches anymore. My neck pain is almost gone and my mid-back is doing much better.

I attended a talk that the Doctor Dubners did at East West Bookstore and decided to come and see them for a muscle knot in my neck the size of a golf ball, plus pain in my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands due to a work injury two years earlier. I had seen a physical therapist, a regular chiropractor, did myofacial massage, ultra-sound therapy, and electrotherapy. I took anti-inflammation medication, muscle relaxers, and pain killers -with no results. It has been a year now since I’ve come to see the Dubners and “suffering” is no longer a part of life. Within 3 days of starting treatment, the muscle knot decreased and is now almost gone. The pain in my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands hardly bothers me. I sleep better and feel less mental stress. The office and staff are “WONDERFUL” and I look forward to my office visits!
