My son William has been suffering from allergy related eczema since he was 2 months old that left him itchy and with full body rash at times. His wrists and legs were often bloody from scratching. Sleeping through the night was nearly impossible. We had tried everything to help him overcome his symptoms. We tried Chinese herbal treatments, homeopathic treatments, steroids and sulfide. These methods sometimes masked the symptoms but they always returned worse than before.

I saw a sign in Whole Foods one day that had the Dubner Family Chiropractor information on it. I asked my husband, Andre, if he wanted to give the Dubners a try. He was very skeptical at first but I ended up talking him into it out of pure desperation, and I am so glad that I did!

Within two months we started to see results. His skin was less irritated and itchy than before and bedtime is no longer a nightmare! As William says, “No itch, no scratch!” He is also happier and more calm than before. William is now sleeping through the night 80% of the time. He is now able to eat more variety of foods and is on his way to a full recovery!

My son started having allergies when he was 4 years old. His symptoms were sneezing, itchy, runny nose and nasal congestion. If left untreated, it would result in an ear infection or upper respiratory infection. He was on antibiotics every 2 months and also on steroid nasal spray for prevention of the symptoms.

Then we heard about Dr. Sharon and started treatment with her. After 3 months of the treatment, we were able to stop using all antibiotics and the nasal spray. My son was feeling much better because of the treatments and special diet. He is much better and we would like to thank Dr. Sharon for her work!

I would recommend anyone with allergies to get treatment from Dr. Sharon! Also, one needs to have patience and allow time for the treatments to work to see the positive improvement.

Sebastian had environmental allergies since he was born. His symptoms included being allergic to grass and weather changes (air pressure). His most severe time of the year was the fall which would make him wheeze and cough. Before coming to Dubner Family Chiropractic, Sebastian was being seen by a pediatrician allergy doctor who had him on four different types of medication everyday. The medications included two different types of steroids and an inhaler.

Since he has been coming to Dubner Family Chiropractic all of his symptoms have gone away. He is now on no medication and his wheezing has gone away completely. Since he has been coming to see the doctors, he is able to play all of his sports without wheezing, breathing problems or any medication. He is able to be out in cold mornings and around grass again. Since Sebastian has gotten relief from his symptoms there is less stress for his family and Sebastian is happier.

We are able to go on vacations to visit our family on the east coast and in Puerto Rico with Sebastian feeling fine in the humid, hot weather, and air conditioning. He is so happy to be feeling better and tells his friends to get help if they are suffering from allergies.

I have been coming to the Drs. Dubner for chiropractic care and have received many benefits. This holiday season I noticed a new benefit I relate to their care. Receiving care from both Dr. Sharon and Dr. Allen was one of the best self-care decisions I’ve ever made. Working with Dr. Sharon has almost totally eliminated all allergy symptoms (and pharmaceutical treatments), in addition to receiving significant stress and emotional relief during a period of painful family loss. Dr. Sharon’s candida treatment has played a great role in helping me feel better and change my relationship to sugar and other foods. Equally significant is the physical and stress relief provided by Dr. Allen. He was able to make a long-term shoulder injury disappear, while I had previously thought that it would only be alleviated by surgery. I attended an allergy talk by the Drs. Dubner at the Saratoga YMCA late July of 2005. Before starting care with the Dubners, I had pain in my left shoulder which radiated to my arm and hand which I’ve had for about a year and a half and was progressively getting worse. It was so painful and numb that sometimes I couldn’t sleep at night. I also had trouble losing weight even though I exercised on a daily basis. I had been diagnosed with a thyroid problem 17 years ago. My thyroid problem would make my face and ankles constantly puffy, now, there is no more puffiness. Additionally, I had a lot of asthma-related symptoms including bronchitis. Last winter, I was on Prednisone and antibiotics constantly. This winter, so far so good. No bronchitis and no medications. I have been receiving care from Dr. Allen and Dr. Sharon for almost 5 months now and I feel much better than I have in years!! My shoulder pain is completely gone! I no longer have pain radiating down my arm and hand when doing an activity! I’ve lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks! I have no more asthma symptoms so I have stopped using my inhalers almost completely and no Prednisone and antibiotics! No more bronchitis! On top of all that, I don’t feel tired all the time like I used to. I’d like to thank the doctors and their staff. They are very helpful and kind. I think people who are still in debate or unsure should give the Dubners a try. For those who are starting out should stick it out for at least 4-6 months to allow enough time for their own results.

I am on my way to health! I have been a patient of both Dr. Sharon and Dr. Allen Dubner for the past two years. I was rather ill with severe bronchitis when I first arrived at Dubner Family Chiropractic Center. I have just enjoyed my first illness-free holiday season in about five years! During past holidays, I had been exhausted and overrun with so many allergy and candida symptoms that I would catch a severe upper respiratory affliction. I had been prone to a sinus infection every 3-4 months since being a teenager. I would take antibiotics and end up with a yeast infection. I was also on allergy medications every spring and fall. After I started Network Chiropractic with Dr. Dubner, I didn’t have one sinus infection for 7 months. That is the longest I had ever gone without a sinus infection. It took a cruise to Alaska, 2 airplane flights, and my husband having a cold to trigger the next sinus infection. When that infection began I came into Dr. Dubner’s office for an adjustment and instantaneously felt the sinus pressure disappear. It was like the doctor waved a magic wand and the pressure disappeared. Wow, so much better than another trip to the medical doctor for antibiotics!

I started seeing the Dubners for neck and lower back pain along with problems related to endometriosis. Within the first month of seeing Dr. Allen and Dr. Sharon, I noticed a dramatic decrease in my neck pain. Shortly afterward, the lower back pain improved as well. Today, seven months later, I have more energy and am free of nagging neck and back pain. Additionally, I believe the allergy work I’m doing with Sharon has helped with my endometriosis and boosted my immune system. When I do get cold or common illness, my symptoms don’t last as long and I seem to heal faster. After spending many years going from one traditional MD to another, I can honestly say that the results I’ve seen while working with the Dubners is the most gratifying and reassuring.

I have had severe hay fever symptoms (sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes) since I was a child. I typically had trouble with hay fever during the spring months. During my life I have tried many treatments to eliminate the problem. This includes allergy shots I received as a child and eliminating foods I was allergic to from my diet. Over the past year I have worked with Dr. Sharon Dubner. This is the first spring where I have had NO HAY FEVER SYMPTOMS. That’s right. I’ve experienced NO symptoms from HAY FEVER at all.
