Prior to coming to Dubner Family Chiropractic, I hurt my knee in November of 2008.  While I probably should have had it examined right away, I waited and then my hip and ankle also started to hurt.  I had moderate pain that disrupted my daily life.  I had difficulty hiking, gardening and even walking.
